Commissioned by the NHS, the Community Living Well (CLW) Employment Service is part of the wider Community Living Well Service in Kensington and Chelsea. It provides employment advice and support to people with mental health issues managed in primary care, regardless of their diagnosis.
What does CLW Employment Service do?
CLW Employment Service supports our clients by providing careers advice and guidance – including job hunting, help writing CVs and interview preparation – as well as running employability and personal development workshops.
We also help our clients understand their rights under equalities legislation, and liaise with employers on their behalf to make sure that they’re as comfortable as possible in the workplace.
This service is run in partnership with St Mary Abbots Rehabilitation and Training (SMART).
