Job Retention Case Management Training Course

An essential two day training course in the delivery of effective Job Retention services

Dates: Wednesday 6th & Thursday 7th March 2019

Time: 09:30 – 16:30

At: Caxton House, 129 St John’s Way, London N19 3RQ (a five to ten minute walk from Archway underground station)

The training will cover

  • The Why, How and What of Job Retention
  • Mental Health Promotion in the Workplace
  • The Case Management Approach
  • Peer Supervision
  • Therapeutic Interventions
  • Resolving Workplace Conflict & Mediation Skills
  • Employment Law

The training will be delivered by Roger Butterworth, who developed and coordinated award winning mental health vocational services in Avon. Roger has worked with over 40 trusts and organisations, training and supporting the development of job retention services. He is currently part of the team developing the National Curricula for Employment Advisers in IAPT.
