Starts 5th February, every Tuesday 11am-1pm at Jobs in Mind, Caxton House Community Centre Archway

A short weekly course providing a toolbox of skills, advice and apps for staying emotionally well and preparing for the work place.

Who is it for?

Young job seekers (NEET), students aged 16-25 who…

  • Want to get in to employment, education or training
  • Feel held back by stress, anxiety and depression
  • Can attend workshops every Tuesday, 11am – 1pm from 5th February – 12th March
